1. The brake of each mechanism shall be checked and adjusted frequently to ensure flexibility and reliability. There should be no dirt on the friction surface, and any dirt must be washed off with gasoline or thinner.



2. Lubrication and hydraulic oil for reduction gearbox, gearbox, external meshing gear and other parts shall comply with the requirements in the lubrication table.



3. Pay attention to check whether each wire rope has broken wires and loose strands. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced immediately. The wire rope shall be maintained in strict accordance with GB5144-85.



4. Check the connection of each part frequently, and tighten it if it is loose. The tightness of the connecting bolts of the engine body shall be checked when the engine body is under pressure (the method of rotating the arm can be used to cause the pressure state). All connecting shafts must have cotter pins and be fully opened.



5. Regularly check whether each mechanism operates normally and whether there is noise. If any fault is found, it must be eliminated in time.



6. When installing, disassembling and adjusting the slewing mechanism, pay attention to ensure that the center line of the slewing mechanism reducer is parallel to the gear center line, its meshing surface is not less than 70%, and the meshing clearance is suitable.



7. Frequently check all wires and cables for damage. The damaged parts shall be timely bound and replaced.



8. In case of overheating of the motor, stop the motor in time, remove the fault, and then continue to run. The motor bearing lubrication should be good.



9. The contact surface of each part of the brush shall be kept clean, and the brush pressure shall be adjusted so that the contact area is not less than 50%.



10. All control boxes and distribution boxes shall be kept clean and dust on electrical equipment shall be cleaned in time.



11. The opening and closing of the contact of the travel switch of each safety device must be reliable, and the contact crater should be polished in time.
